"Among all the other things, it’s about forgiving the people that have come into your life and hurt you, and kind of understanding that there was something good about what they did, even though at one point it only seemed bad. And the good thing is that they were basically messengers that came to teach you something, and you’ve learned from them, even though at that particular period of time all you can see is pain and hurt. And it’s about the real forgiving, not just kind of building a wall behind it in your head and pretending it didn’t happen, but actually setting the people free and saying, you know, it’s okay, you know, it was — there was something good in it, and seeing the light in everything that happens. And most of all forgiving yourself for the things that you’re not proud of."
